Curtis Industries, an electronic components manufacturer in Milwaukee, wanted to create a comprehensive marketing strategy and communications plan to create better awareness and engagement. Curtis was also looking to streamline efficiencies with their wholly owned subsidiary, Tri-Mag, to create a singular voice, unified positioning statements and one marketing budget.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

    - Create database of key decision makers in core industries and companies

  • Define Unique Selling Propositions, points of differentiation and key messaging about Curtis advantage in the marketplace

  • Developed LinkedIn company page and content to increase engagement with new prospects
    - Included networking strategy aimed at key executives in pre-selected industries/companies
    - Invite them to connect and opt-in to receive monthly company e-newsletter

  • Drafted company success stories, case studies and white paper for sales reps

  • Executed monthly e-newsletter targeted at employees, prospects, distributors and customers

  • Utilized distributor websites and digital marketing to increase leads and engagement

  • Targeted companies with reliance on imported electrical components with emails and case studies on North American manufacturing advantages

  • Increased lead generation by 450%
