Kinn Guesthouse

Kinn Guesthouse tasked us with creating the branding and positioning for their boutique hotels, one of which was under construction. They wanted to find a way to tell their story and highlight what makes them different in the marketplace. They also wanted a new website that would improve direct bookings, showcase the property visually and be an information resource for guests.

  • Implemented software and APIs for customer rewards and guest communication

  • Developed streamlined email marketing campaign to prospects and customers

  • Created promotions and marketing campaigns on Expedia & Booking.com

  • Launched Google Ad & social media campaigns aimed at business & vacation travelers

  • Automated Price Intelligence Engine (PIE) to increase/decrease rates based on occupancy

RESULTS ACHIEVED

  • Occupancy rates jumped from 55% to 80+%

  • ADR increase by 25%

  • Direct bookings increased from 63% to 87%

  • Achieved 3.5x Return on Ad Spend (RoAS)
